YELLOW RIVER

The Yellow River the main water source for millions of people in Northern China. With about 70% of this water source unusable, this is becoming a major water crisis.

POPULATION IN PROGRESS:

Water affects all of us, one way or another, no matter what, water is essential. Water is a key resource that we must preserve. With the growing population, water is needed more than ever. Only 2.5% of water on the face of the earth is drinkable. About 70% of the water is in ice caps and less than 1% of the water is accessible for human consumption. The population is supposed to increase by one billion in 2025. By 2025, 1.8 Billion people will be living in countries or regions with absolute water scarcity and two thirds under stress conditions. Overtime, our population's progress in human development and industrialization has created a huge pollution problem in our world. With the growing population, you would think we would have more people willing to clean it up, when in fact, the issue is becoming worse and worse.
